World Social Forum 2016
Montreal, August 8-14, 2016

The goal of the WSF 2016 is to gather tens of thousands of people from groups in civil society, organizations and social movements who want to build a sustainable and inclusive world, where every person and every people has its place and can make its voice heard.

The World Forum on Theology of Liberation, a parallel Forum, will also be held during the week.

The Palestine Solidarity Committee has coordinated activities to Inform and promote awareness about the Palestinian cause.

The Canadian Friends of Sabeel, (CFOS) with sponsors, organized several activities. Activities highlighted in yellow in the list below are presented by CFOS and co-sponsored by church and church-related organizations.

Follow the Palestine Activities On-Line

Canadian Friends of Sabeel presented 3 workshops at the World Social Forum.  In addition to the workshops, a Grand Conference was held, organized by the WSF Palestine Team.
